See you next week Madeline! It was short and sweet Sunday, 12 miles at 14-15. Every part of me was hurting after a big training week, I whined even more than usual!

Sprinter/novice/improver ride going out as normal. 09:30, 12-15 miles at beginner pace, no one left behind.

These sessions are great, use good winter tyres with puncture protection though! First time I did this I had 3 punctures in a row. I blame Richard, as usual. Gatorskins, Duranos or similar will work a treat.
